On October 11th, 2017, ENSTA ParisTech and BEST ENSTA hosted the seventh edition of the Consulting Meeting. More than 140 hundred studends enjoyed the presence of four consulting companies : Accenture, Wavestone, Oresys et Sopra Steria. Those four companies first debated within a round-table animated by Eric Godelier, head of the Social Sciences Department of the Ecole Polytechnique, and themed about the developpement of a matricial structure in a company. This roundtable managed to scope through the world of consulting, and fostered a rich debate with the attending students.

Following the round-table, the participants had a break around a buffet. Each company then held a case-study, allowing them to develop more about what they specifically do. The event, to which participated by students from ENSTA ParisTech, many other Grandes Ecoles from the parisian area (X, Centrale Paris), as well as students from the COSI Msc, was again a real success, encouraging BEST ENSTA to organize it again in 2018.

On October the 20th, 2015, the fourth edition of the Consulting Meeting was held at ENSTA ParisTech. Five leading companies were invited this year : Accenture, A.T. Kearney, Atos, Capgemini Consulting and Stéria. The round table on the theme " What are the challenges faced by Consulting in times of economic crisis?" was moderated by Yuda Tuval, former president of KPMG France. Discussions between the representatives of the different firms created a large overview of the different skills required to be a consultant. After a buffet lunch, each firm presented a case study to about twenty students, allowing them to understand accurately the specificities of consulting companies activities. The satisfaction shown by the students as well as by the companies encourages us to host again the event in 2015.

More than 120 students were present for this fourth edition : not only from ENSTA ParisTech and other french engineering schools, but also forty foreign students from different european universities taking part in a BEST event.
